We want you to love your Sanrio purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and blind box items are final sale.

Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Sanrio tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
